APPLICATION FORM FOR DATA CONTROLLER

(Application via this form is not mandatory.This form has been created as an auxiliary document in the application process of the relevant person, and every application made in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller will be evaluated.)

General Explanations

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘‘KVKK ‘’), everyone has the right to make an application to the Sunseeker Turkey Yatçılık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“Company’’) as the data controller on the following matters:

To learn whether personal data has been processed or not,
Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose,
To be informed of the third persons to whom the personal data is transferred within and out of the country
To tequest the rectification of the data in the event they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
In accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the stipulated conditions, either ex officio or upon the request of the person concerned, in the event that the reasons for processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws,
To request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with subparagraphs(d) and (e) to third parties to whom his personal data has been transferred
To object to any adverse consequences arising as a result of processed data being analyzed solely by automatic systems,
To claim compensation in case of suffering loss due to illegal processing of the personal data.

Processing of Personal Data Regarding Application

With the Application Form to the Data Supervisor, limited and connected personal data (name, surname, TR ID number, passport number, phone number, e-mail, address, signature) are processed in order to identify the applicant and manage the application. The personal data in question can only be shared with the relevant units / persons and institutions / organizations authorized by law, depending on the nature of the application request.
